Inclusive Criteria Conference (ICCON):
Saturday, March 7, 2020 
The Gender and Sexuality (GAS) cohort of Bridge Builders CHANGE invites all teachers, students, administrators, and coaches to join them in creating a list of criteria determining how classrooms can promote inclusiveness for LGBTQ+ students and work toward creating a brave, safe, and educated environment for all students.

Shelby County Youth Summit:
Friday, February 21, 2020
This free event will bring together youth from all over Shelby County to discuss how our community’s most pressing issues affect all youth and to create solutions to combat those issues by participating in workshops about criminal justice, poverty, education, mental health and transportation. At the end of the summit, a representative from each focus area will share group feedback to key Shelby County stakeholders.
High school students who would like to attend can register individually or as a group with a teacher sponsor.

Youth Ignite Memphis:

Youth have bright ideas. Let’s launch them.
Youth Ignite Memphis is a dynamic pitch competition where 6 youth presenters have exactly 5 minutes and 20 slides to present their ideas on how to make Memphis a better place for all young people. Youth audience members vote on which ideas they would like to see funded, and adults have the opportunity to listen and lend support.
