InterCORE (Intergenerational Collaborative Organizing for Radical Equity) is the core intergenerational team of the BRIDGES Youth Action Center. InterCORE embodies the vision of the YAC by bringing youth and adults together to make decisions through intergenerational partnership. 

By supporting youth leadership initiatives and training community organizations to establish authentic youth–adult partnerships, we aim to cultivate a world where youth are recognized as experts in their own experiences and work alongside adults to co-create just and equitable solutions for our community. We host more than a dozen trainings each year to strengthen intergenerational collaboration.
